Here are some details on the workouts:

Do I need any equipment to participate? 
All of the workouts can be done with just your bodyweight, but we will also incorporate a weighted object with some workouts. If you have "normal gym equipment" like a dumbbell or kettlebell that is great, but if not that is ok too. Your weighted object could be a backpack with stuff in it to make it heavier, a full laundry detergent bottle, or whatever else you have around the house you can think of to add some extra weight to certain exercises.

How much room do I need?
Minimal room needed. We recommend at least enough room to lie on the ground with your legs and arms extended and not hit anything. 

Who is allowed to participate? 
Athletes young and old and all ability levels are able to participate.
