Be a Multi-Sport Athlete
It's important to play multiple sports and not just specialize in one.
Looking at a few quick stats from the 2018 NFL Draft:
- 29 of the 32 first-round picks in the 2018 NFL Draft were two-sport athletes, and 14 of the 29 were three-sport athletes. In fact, 8 of the first 10 opening round selections, the best of the best, were multi-sport athletes.
That’s 91% of the athletes selected in the first round participated in more than one sport during high school.
At Project Athlete we don't train football players, or basketball players, or any other sports player for that matter. We train ATHLETES.
